- Premier Billiards ships orders over $50 and within the continental USA free of charge!
- Premier Billiards only ships Monday through Friday. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday or on holidays where USPS and UPS are closed.
- UPS DOES NOT include weekends or holidays as business days. Please keep this in mind when paying expediting shipping on orders that leave on Thursday using 2 DAY UPS and Friday using UPS Next Day AIR. In these cases, the packages will not deliver until Monday of the following week.

We used this case for Storage of New Cues Only. The case has never had chalked cues in it. It was also a display case at shows. Very clean case! Cannot sell as new as we have used it to store new cues in it. We ask that if you purchase this case and do not like it, please do not place chalked cues in it. Simply return the case to us.

- Pre-Owned products sold at Premier Billiards cannot be covered under manufacturer warranty.
- You have 10 days from the day you receive the cue to inspect and play with the cue. If you are not 100% satisfied, please return it for an exchange or refund. Any cues returned need to be in the same condition that we shipped to you. If joint protectors were included on the cue, those need to be returned as well.
- Any changes you make to the product (changing the tip on the shaft, changing the wrap, engraving, etc) when it is in your possession during the 10 day trial period, will void the Pre-Owned Product Return Policy. No refunds or exchanges will be honored.
Our 2x3 Hard/Soft Hybrid Case is unlike anything you’ve seen before. It features a unique 1x1 hard shell end compartment for extra cue storage and protection. It also comes with a 1x2 removable soft felt sleeve that fits inside the zippered top section. This case is designed with an extra long 32” interior and a special storage area for your jump handle.
