SHIPPING POLICIES
Premier Billiards takes pride in trying to get the best pool and billiards equipment to its customers as quickly as we can. Most of our orders ship the same day. Orders submitted by 2pm eastern time (we are located in Virginia) will typically ship out the same day.
We typically will always have what you order in stock. In rare occurrences, our website may show something in stock that is not. In this case, we will reach out to our suppliers and make arrangements for them to drop ship. You will be contacted via telephone if this happens. Premier Billiards is a direct, authorized dealer for the products that we sell.
FREE SHIPPING
Premier Billiards ships orders over $50 and within the continental USA free of charge. Depending on the weight of the item, the US Postal Service or UPS will be used. It is Premier Billiards’ discretion as to which shipping company we use for free shipping.
**International Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.**
OVERSIZED ITEMS
Certain items that we sell that are deemed oversized are not eligible for free shipping and will be up to the customer to incur these charged. These items will be clearly marked “NOT ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING” in the item description.
EXPEDITING SHIPPING OPTIONS
Even though Premier Billiards offers free shipping on orders over $50, sometimes our customers need to have their orders sent quickly. For this reason we offer expedited shipping options via USPS or UPS. Overnight or 2nd Day Air/Priority Express. The prices for these services are paid for by the buyer and are listed at check out. Customers who choose expedited shipping must have the order into our system by 1:30pm Eastern time, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, in order for that package to go out on the same day.
Premier Billiards only ships Monday through Friday. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday or on holidays where USPS and UPS are closed. UPS DOES NOT include weekends or holidays as business days. Please keep this in mind when paying expediting shipping on orders that leave on Thursday using 2 DAY UPS and Friday using UPS Next Day AIR. In these cases, the packages will not deliver until Monday of the following week.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Premier Billiards is not responsible for any delays in shipping times once the orders leave our hands. We cannot control weather delays or the routes that your order takes to get to you.
Any order that you place that required a tip change on the shaft or any other type of custom work will delay shipping for 24-48 hours.
At various times of the year, Premier Billiards attends events (US OPEN, DERBY CITY CLASSIC, etc) that take us away from our warehouse. During these times, shipping takes place on website orders upon our return. A shipping delay notification will be posted on all pages of our website. Expedited shipping options are also disabled during these times.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Some of the products we sell are prohibited to be shipped internationally due to manufacturer restrictions.For items that are permitted to be shipped internationally, Premier Billiards offers UPS Standard or UPS Expedited shipping options. Free shipping does not apply to international customers due to the high cost to ship outside of the USA.
Premier Billiards is not responsible for any taxes, customs fees or any other added costs incurred when the order is shipped internationally. Please check with your local customs/tax agency prior to making a purchase. Premier Billiards cannot issue any type of credit or refund where packages are not delivered internationally due to non payment of fees/taxes.
