- You have 10 days from the day you receive the cue to inspect and play with the cue. If you are not 100% satisfied, please return it for an exchange or refund. Any cues returned need to be in the same condition that we shipped to you. If joint protectors were included on the cue, those need to be returned as well.
- Any changes you make to the product (changing the tip on the shaft, changing the wrap, engraving, etc) when it is in your possession during the 10 day trial period, will void the Pre-Owned Product Return Policy. No refunds or exchanges will be honored.
- Cue has 1 small blemish right below the wrap area. Cue was placed on display at live events. Has never been shot with but has been handled by multiple potential customers. Cannot sell as new
