- Premier Billiards ships orders over $50 and within the continental USA free of charge!
- Premier Billiards only ships Monday through Friday. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday or on holidays where USPS and UPS are closed.
- UPS DOES NOT include weekends or holidays as business days. Please keep this in mind when paying expediting shipping on orders that leave on Thursday using 2 DAY UPS and Friday using UPS Next Day AIR. In these cases, the packages will not deliver until Monday of the following week.

- Pre-Owned products sold at Premier Billiards cannot be covered under manufacturer warranty.
- You have 10 days from the day you receive the cue to inspect and play with the cue. If you are not 100% satisfied, please return it for an exchange or refund. Any cues returned need to be in the same condition that we shipped to you. If joint protectors were included on the cue, those need to be returned as well.
- Any changes you make to the product (changing the tip on the shaft, changing the wrap, engraving, etc) when it is in your possession during the 10 day trial period, will void the Pre-Owned Product Return Policy. No refunds or exchanges will be honored.
The cue has a slight wobble when rolling the shaft by itself. The collar and the joint do not leave the table when the shaft is rolled. The cue does have a slight light at the joint when rolled together. Please see the videos! The collar and bumper end of the cue do not leave the table when rolled together. There is also a slight knick in the shaft about 1 inch down from the tip. For these reasons, the cue cannot be sold as new.
If you are looking for a great Jump/Break Cue and don't want to break the bank, look no further. If condition doesn't bother you, then this not so perfect, but un hit, cue is for you!
